Rosalee Martin

Mrs. Rosalee Graham Martin, age 96, of Covington, died Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Brian Center Nursing Home-Alleghany, Low Moor. She was the wife of the late Wilbur L. Martin.
Mrs. Martin was born March 27, 1928 in Hinton, WV, the daughter of the late John McKinley and Thelma Bennett Graham. Over the years, she had been employed as a laborer by both the former Lydell, Inc and the former Industrial Rayon. Rosalee attended Temple Baptist Church.
Mrs. Martin is survived by a daughter, Linda Franson Marquardt; two grandchildren, Belinda Christian and Lanty Clemons; one great grandchild, Blake Clemons; a sister, Joyce Graham Roberts and husband, Stuart of Covington; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by a son, Robert Dale Franson; a daughter, Vickie Leigh Franson Worley; and five brothers, John William Graham, Sr., Joe Graham, Sr., David Graham, Charles Graham, Sr., and Paul Graham, Sr.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 4, 2025 in Alleghany Memorial Park with Pastor John Ballard officiating, assisted by Rev. Bill Hartsfield. Those wishing to attend the service should assemble at Loving Funeral Home by 12:30 P.M.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday morning from 11:30 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at Loving Funeral Home.
