Damon Edward Farley

Damon Edward Farley, 86, of Salem, VA and formerly of Coal City, WV, went home on Monday, March 3, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Geneva Farley; and brother, Douglas Farley.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rita J. Kelly Farley; daughter, Ann “Annette” Farley McGuire (Samuel Widener); grandkids, Brandy McGuire (Tommy Bishop), Marcia Farley, and Terry McGuire (Kristina Bava); great grandkids, Connor Bishop and Landon Bishop; siblings, Athlene Long, Irma Miller, Barbara Hilton, Sue Keffer, and Lois Defibaugh; and lots of nieces and nephews.

Damon served in the U.S. Army from 1959-1962. He will be buried at SW Virginia Veteran’s Cemetery in Dublin, VA where there will be a Memorial Service on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 1:00pm.
