Bobby Lee McCall

Bobby Lee McCall, 67, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away Friday, May 9, 2025. He was born November 16, 1957 to the late Gene Rosevelt McCall and Rachel Lewis Roaten.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Canaday and Rita “Uncle” McFarland; and brother, Gene McCall.

Bobby was a truck driver for many years for Schneider National. He thoroughly enjoyed cars and watching motor sports. In his free time you would find Bobby working on something or cooking. More than anything, he loved his family, especially his children and animals, Greta and Stitch.

He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-laws, William Lee McCall (Taren) and Charles Joseph Fredrick McCall (Patty); mother of his sons, Teresa Lynn Nunley McCall; sisters, Patty McCall and Rachel Cook; and brother, Jeff “Worm” McCall.

All services will be private.
