Nell H. Ross

Nell H. Ross, 92, of Blacksburg, VA passed away after battling a disease for 2 years. Nell graduated from Radford University and married Bob Ross, the love of her life, in 1955. They resided in Blacksburg for 60 years. Nell taught for 32 years at Gilbert Linkous Elementary School. She loved gardening, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Nell was preceded in death by Bob Ross. Survived by son, Bill Ross (Kellie), daughter, Betsy Hession (Cully), four grandsons, Cody, Colin, Ross and Connor. Great granddaughters, Hailey, and Callie and a brother David Huffman (Dreama). The best wife, mother, friend and Mom Mom anyone could ever wish for. A private service will be held at a later date.
