Leonard Jennings Collie

Leonard Jennings Collie, Jr., 69, of Danville, Virginia, passed away Monday, August 4, 2025. He was born in Roanoke, Virginia, August 13, 1955, to the late Leonard Jennings Collie, Sr. and Naomi Barrow Crowe.

Leonard was a man with a wonderful sense of humor. One of his favorite things to do was to sit in the halls of the nursing home and have a laugh with his friends and neighbors. More than anything, Leonard loved his family and friends dearly.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Roberts (Peter); sisters, Belinda Collie and Charlotte Collie; brothers, Timothy Collie (Carl Dressler III) and Scott Collie (Michelle); grandchildren, Victoria and Taylor; and multiple great-grandchildren.

All services will be private.
