Penny Ann Rosenberg Winsor, age 71 of Chatham, Virginia passed away Friday, August 22, 2025. Penny was born on December 1, 1953 in Long Branch, NJ but raised in Fair Haven, NJ to the late Roberta Sully Rosenberg and the late Bernard Rosenberg.
Penny was a beautician, she loved and enjoyed all types of music, crafting jewelry, but most of all she loved her home and her “fur babies”. She will always be remembered as a loving, friendly, and kindhearted lady.
She is survived by her sister, Robin Rosenberg; her nephew, Paeder Wall; her life partner, John Kurta; and many beloved cousins.
