Dorothy Ouellette

Mrs. Dorothy West Ouellette, age 57, of Covington, died Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at LewisGale Medical Center, Salem.
Mrs. Ouellette was born December 14, 1967 in Virginia, the daughter of William Alvin West, Sr. and the late Virginia Beatty West. She was employed as a telephone operator by LewisGale Hospital - Alleghany for a number of years. In her spare time, Dorothy loved to read and watch mystery movies on television. She enjoyed going to the movies with her friends and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Ouellette is survived by two sons, Matthew Ouellette and significant other, Brittany and Michael Ouellette; three grandchildren, Myley, Maddie and Allison; two brothers, William West, Jr. and wife, Stacy and Daniel West and wife, Katrina; a sister, Kathleen Bradberry and husband, Jared; nieces and nephews, Austin, Sara, Ava , Rebecca, Ashley, Hunter and wife, Atlanta, Phillip and wife, Heather, Kylee; and great nieces and nephews, Gavin, Kiera, Aria, Liam, Isabella, Luna and Sophia.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Ouellette was preceded in death by a grandson, Freddy.
A gathering will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, August 30, 3025 in the chapel of Loving Funeral Home.
