Barbara Parker, age 71, of Blairs, Virginia went to heaven on September 4, 2025, in her home surrounded by her family.
Barbara was born July 1, 1954, to the late Madie Chattin Evans and the late Jesse Evans.
Barbara is survived by her three sons, Russell Parker II (Vickie), James Parker, and Brian Parker; three grandchildren, Briana Litchfield (Tyler), Isabella Parker, and Jessica Parker. She is also survived by her loving partner of 30 plus years, Michael Younger.
In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Joan Gregory.
