Kenneth Clayton Biggs
Kenneth Clayton Biggs, age 50, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was born on January 5, 1975, to Kenneth Donald Biggs and the late Judy Mae Jones Biggs.
Kenneth loved his family more than anything and worked very hard throughout his life to make sure they had everything they needed, most recently he was employed as a clerk with Alcoholic Beverage Control. Beyond his work, he was known for his wide range of interests. He had a deep love for music and especially enjoyed collecting vinyl records, often spending hours listening to his favorite albums. He also loved gaming, watching movies, and exploring the latest electronics and media. Kenneth’s creativity, sense of humor, and passion for the things he loved brought joy to his family and friends, and he will be remembered for his enthusiasm for life.
Left to cherish his memory are his father, Kenneth Donald Biggs; his devoted wife of more than 30 years, Melissa Thomas Biggs; two sons, Michael Biggs and Seth Biggs; one daughter, Fiona Biggs; and two beloved grandchildren, Meredith Biggs and Vincent Biggs. He is also survived by two brothers, Robbie Biggs and Carlos “Brad” Jones; one sister, Rebecca Burks; along with a host of extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Biggs Family Cemetery.
