Donna Tolbert Wilburn

Mrs. Donna Tolbert Wilburn, age 69, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born on May 1, 1956 in Surry County to the late Jack and Patricia Shelton Tolbert. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Aubree Scotto Di Perta (Giovanni), Michelle Jordan (Barrett), Heath Wilburn (Kayla); grandchildren, Kelsey Beck, Averie Lovill, Ella Lovill, Ridge Wilburn, and Forest Wilburn. In addition to her parents Mrs. Wilburn was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Will Wilburn Jr, and a brother, Scott Tolbert. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with service conducted by Rev. Mickey Cogdill. Special thanks to the staff at Twelve Oaks and Mountain Valley Hospice for their care they gave Donna during her stay. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time for the service at the funeral home.
