Edward Lee Caywood

Edward Lee Caywood, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 11, 2025. He was preceded in death by son, Ricky Caywood.

Eddy is survived by his wife of 35 years Gwen Caywood, daughter, Renee Caywood Steele (Jonny); step-sons, Tim Arbogast (Jackie), Michael Arbogast, Bonus sons, Dewaynne, Warren and Steve; grandchildren, Elizabeth Bobock (Roy), Christopher, Cali, Colton, Collin, Ella; great-granddaughters, Crimsen and Lily; niece, Brenda Gale Prosser.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy and he loved sharing time with family at the family picnics, Backbone Rock, Hungry Mother Park, and the many camping trips.

Eddy was a devout Christian, and he loved the Lord. His favorite book in the Bible is Ruth.

Ruth 1:16 “And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God.”
