Benjamin “Benny” Leslie Ragland, 67, of Lynchburg, VA passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 of natural causes. Benny was the son of the late Benjamin and Mildred Ragland. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Ragland, Freddie Ragland, and Billy Ragland; sister, Nancy Ragland Clark, and brother-in-law, Doug Heptinstall.
He is survived by his sisters, Betty Heptinstall, Joyce Rakes and her husband Randy; brother, Eddie Ragland; sisters-in-law, Connie Ragland, and Becky Ragland; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
