Joseph Andrew Conner

Joseph Conner, 79 of Salem, Va., passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025.

Born Saturday, November 10, 1945, to the late Isaac Raymond and Eleanor Ruth Conner.

Joseph retired from Rowe Furniture after 30 years of employment and was a faithful member of Life Church in Roanoke.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois Conner; siblings, Harold Conner, Eleanor Ginder, Ava Ebersole, Doug Conner, and Esther Kiser.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Liana Blankenship; granddaughter, Kayli Blankenship; siblings, Clyde Conner and Wanda Minnick.

A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Sherwood Memorial Park with his nephew, Edsel Conner officiating.
