Dorothy Taylor Reynolds

Dorothy Taylor Reynolds, 93, passed away peacefully on November 15 2025 after several years of declining health. Dorothy was born in Danville, VA on September 15, 1932 to the late Mary Scearce Taylor and the late Ernest Taylor. She was married to Mr. Glenwood Davis Reynolds, who just recently passed away as well on November 17, 2025.

Dorothy was of the Christian Faith, and was a loving homemaker. She had a special love for God, all of her family, and her church family.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters; Angie, Lisa, and Pam Reynolds all of Danville, VA and a granddaughter, Mrs. Wendy Shaw (Jim).

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Reynolds and her husband, Mr. Glenwood Davis Reynolds will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:30pm at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA with Pastor Myron Bruce and Pastor Kyle Preskitt officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA.
