Frances Harris Reynolds
Frances Harris Reynolds, age 95 of Danville, Virginia, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025. Mrs. Reynolds was born June 18, 1930 in Danville to the late Mose Doff Harris and the late Annie Vicks Harris.
She was married on February 3, 1947 to her late husband, Dewey J. Reynolds, for 67 years.
She was a member of the The Baptist Tabernacle and worked for Dan River Mills for 42 years as a spinner.
Mrs. Reynolds is survived by two daughters, Gloria Craig of Danville and Nancy Oakes and husband Dewey of Dry Fork, Virginia; five grandchildren, Tom Craig, Jr. (Ginia), Tony Craig (Monica), Toby Craig (Belinda), Nicole Sinclair (Mark), and Jason Inman; six great grandchildren, Jacob Craig, Hunter Craig, Donovan Craig, Parker Sinclair, Matthew Brumfield (Karibee) and Brittany Henley (Luke); and four great-great grandchildren, Grayson Brumfield, Colton Brumfield, Anderson Brumfield, and Tate Henley.
Frances was one of eight siblings, and is also survived by one sister, Marie Goble, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and beloved husband, she was also predeceased by her son, Ronald Wayne Reynolds; her daughter, Janice Ann Reynolds; and her son-in-law, Tom Craig, Sr.
A private graveside service will be held at Danville Memorial Gardens.
