Patsy Jean Hall

Patsy Jean Hall, 78, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Born on April 21, 1947, in Altavista, VA, she was the daughter of the late James Thomas Reynolds and Jossie Short Montgomery.

Throughout her career, Patsy worked as a Health Unit Coordinator with Centra Health, where she was known for her many years of dedicated service. She was also a member of Salem United Methodist Church.

Patsy loved spending time outdoors and especially enjoyed being at the lake. Camping, fishing, caring for animals, and tending to her flowers were among her favorite pastimes. Above all, she cherished time with her children and grandchildren, who were the heart of her life.

She is survived by her three children, Patricia G. Hall, Michael F. Perez (Julie), and Richard J. Perez; her sister, Frances Reynolds; and three grandchildren, Ivan Kersey, Stevie Perez, and Christian Perez. She is also survived by her niece, Jennifer Reynolds; two great-nephews, Makhail Reynolds and Shadeen Reynolds; one great-niece, Makiya Reynolds; her longtime partner, James Steve Green; her partner’s grandson, Trevor Green (Angelica Hinkle); and her loving ex-husband, Charles Jean Hall.
