Kristie Mechelle Krantz

Miss Kristie Mechelle Krantz, 50, of Mount Airy, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Miss Krantz was born July 12, 1975, in Roanoke, VA, the daughter of the late Larry Krantz and Linda Burnette Davis. She is survived by a daughter, Sunnie Riley; a sister, Alisha Davis; a niece, Lydia Arnder; and a nephew, Malachi Arnder. Kristie was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Miss Krantz was preceded in death by a brother, Jody Krantz. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Michael Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
