John Dennis Abbott

One of the kindest and most generous men ever, John Dennis Abbott, passed away too soon at the age of 76 on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He was predeceased by his mother Bettie Deyerle (Chick) and his father George Abbott. He is survived by his wife, Gail Abbott; son and daughter in law, Ryan and Jessica Abbott; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lester and Beth Lynch; sister-in-law, Brenda Taylor; very special cousin, Debra Abbott; nieces, Laura (Brian) Beckum and Alex Abbott; nephews, Conner Lynch, Cameron Lynch and Tim Haerer; and special significant other, Miss Speckles. Visitation will be Friday, January 2, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. or at the home other times. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Redwood United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Bryan Buckles.
