Matthew Scott Graham

Matthew Scott Graham, lovely known as Scottie, age 54, of Newport, died Saturday, January 10, 2026, at his home. He was born in Radford, Virginia, on July 8, 1971. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Ellen Jones Graham, and brother, Timothy Graham. Scottie was devoted to his family as a husband, father, and grandfather (Paw Paw Scoot). Scottie was a very avid outdoorsman, and he loved being in the woods, especially with his family. He was always there to lend a hand to whoever needed it. He is survived by his wife, Donna C. Graham, father, Harry Kawood Graham, sons, Lucas and Deidre Graham, grandchildren, Bryson Jennings Graham and Skyler Nicole Graham, sister, Tina Graham Carroll, brothers and sister-in-law, Ford Graham (Pam), Michael Graham, numerous other family members, special friends, Shaun Duncan, and Rex Shelor. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Hall officiating. Interment will follow in the Level Green Christian Church Cemetery, Newport. The family will receive friends from 12- 2 pm prior to the service at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
