Marie Boyd Anderson Jackson

Marie Boyd Anderson Jackson, 96, passed away at her home in Radford on Friday, January 16, 2026. She was retired from Radford Community Hospital after 28 years as the Food Service Director. She was a member of Unity Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel M. and Laura Hollandsworth Boyd; her husbands, Roy S. Anderson, Sr. and Joseph H. Jackson; and many brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her sons, Roy Samuel “Sammy” Anderson, Jr. and Gary Randolph “Randy” Anderson (Kimberly); grandchildren, Jessica M. Jonas and Luke Anderson; great granddaughter, Sophia Ann Hearst; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10am until 11am on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11am with Rev. Wendy Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery in Radford.
