Anne Elizabeth Martin
Anne Elizabeth Tutwiler Martin, age 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, surrounded by the love she so freely and faithfully shared throughout her life.
A devoted woman of faith, Anne lived as a reflection of God’s love through her kindness, service, and unwavering devotion to her family.
She was a remarkable woman whose strength, compassion, and steadfast support touched all who knew her. Anne found great joy in gardening, where her patience and gentle care brought beauty to life—mirroring the way she lovingly nurtured her family.
Her greatest blessings were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and cherished with pride. A constant source of love, encouragement, and support, Anne will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth (Pedro) E. Martin, son, Ronnie L Martin, son-in-law, David C. Fitzgerald.
She is survived by a son Kenneth (Terry) Martin and wife Gina, daughter Catherine M. Fitzgerald, and daughter-in-law Cathy L. Martin. Her beloved grandchildren Brian Fitzgerald and wife Karen, Paul Fitzgerald and wife Emily, April Tolley and husband David, Ian Martin, Michelle Wooten and husband Matthew, Kyle Martin and wife Sunshine, Christopher Martin, Matt Martin and wife Stefani, her twelve cherished great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends who will carry her love in their hearts forever.
The family is deeply grateful to Pam Reedy, whose compassion, patience, and loving devotion as Anne’s caregiver meant more than words can express. Her care brought comfort and peace to Anne and to the entire family throughout her journey with dementia. The family also wishes to thank the hospice nurses for their kindness, compassion, and gentle care of Anne during her final days.
We rejoice in knowing she is now at peace, resting in the arms of her Savior, and reunited with loved ones gone before her.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 8, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Brian Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow the service at Spring Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Campbell County Animal Shelter.
