Mary Ann Budz Assaid, 86, passed peacefully after a sudden illness on Friday, February 7, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

A lifelong educator, Mary Ann was a dedicated teacher and administrator before retiring. Mary Ann was the heart and soul of her family and leaves behind a legacy of enduring love.

Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, George; her children, Cheryl and George (Kim); grandchildren Sara and Paige; brother, Charles; extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
