William Eugene Howard

William Eugene Howard, 78, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026.He was the oldest of eight siblings, and he was the second to last to pass away. He was known as the rattlesnake daddy, and enjoyed playing bluegrass music on his guitar.Preceding him in death was his mother, Ruth Lee Howard; and dad, Cecil Eugene Howard.He is survived by his brother, Timothy Howard; and nephew, Cody Howard.All services will be held privately.
