Bobby Eugene Wirt

Bobby Eugene Wirt, 83, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, February 17, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene & Thelma Wirt; granddaughter Ashley Spencer Roberts.

Bobby is survived by his wife Choung Wirt; siblings, Larry Wirt (Eve), Peggy Eades, Rita Sacco; children, Bobby Lee Wirt (Melanie), Tammy Phillips (Tony), Jamie Wirt (Bonnie); 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11 am at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Chapel. Interment will follow services at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
