Judith Mcgregor Dalton

Judith McGregor Dalton, 81, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 18, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born in Pittsylvania County, VA on July 21, 1944 to the late Thelma Poindexter McGregor and the late Henry Andrew McGregor. She is survived by her loving husband of many years, Mr. Troy Lee Dalton.

Judy was of the Christian Faith, and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She worked for many years as a Hair Dresser, previous to her retirement.

In addition to her husband, Judith is survived by a son; Michael Steven Dalton and wife Yvonne of Bear, DE; a brother; Danny Ray McGregory (Mary) of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister; Terry McGregor Keller of Danville, VA; three nephews; Gerald Keller Jr., Matthew Keller (Carlie), and Daniel McGregor; a niece; Mary Gale McGregor; a great nephew; Evan Keller; a great niece; Taylor Keller; and three special friends; Adel Fuqua, Shay Durham, and Cindy Coleman.

In addition to her parents, Judith was predeceased by a brother in law; Gerald Keller.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 2:30pm, at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA with pastor Bob Yeaman officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA. A visitation will be held on the same day just prior to the service from 1:30-2:30pm also at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA. At other times the family will receive friends and family at the residence.
