Dennis Wayne Vaughn, 77, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 16, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Susie Lucille Vaughn; and brother, Hershel Herbert Vaughn Jr.
He is survived by his children, William Charles Vaughn and Anne Jordan Vaughn (Booke); girlfriend, Margaret Wright; sister-in-law, Sandra Vaughn; and other relatives.
He graduated in 1967 from William Fleming High School. He retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his dogs and cats. He really enjoyed riding his bicycle on the Greenway.
