Karen Perdue Mann
Karen Perdue Mann, 73, of Madison Heights, VA passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

A message from the family: “There is so much to say about our mom and just not enough time to say it all. She was the most wonderful mom anyone could ever ask for. She ALWAYS showed up for her family and was always kind and did the right thing. We had the BEST childhood ever and Mom played a tremendous part in that. From scheduling any appt we needed, to make sure we were taken care of, to chauffeuring us back and forth to skate land, the pool, sporting events and friend’s houses, she was there for us and ANYTHING we needed. This will be the biggest adjustment any of us have had to make. It’s not fair that she had to go through so much but she stayed tough til’ the end. We are so very thankful that our children were able to know her as well as they did. We will love you and miss you always mom. Love, your crew, the Mann Fam ”
Karen leaves behind her beloved husband, Jerry Dean Mann; her two children, Ricky Mann (Crystal Hensley) and Krystal Chenault (Jon); four grandchildren, Brooklynn Rayne Mann, Kason Lee-Redyk Mann, Laney Grace Chenault and Eli Benjamin Chenault; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney Perdue.
There will be a funeral service held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Rev. David Turner officiating.
