Mildred Lorine Foley Tosh

Mildred Tosh age 85 of Rocky Mount passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026. She was born on December 11, 1940 a daughter of the late Helen Jane Willard and Richard Green Foley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Tosh; and a daughter, Joyce Nichols.She is survived by her daughter, Tammy T. Dillion (Charles); grandchildren, Haley Dillon (Brandon Calhoon), and Patrick Nichols.Graveside services will be conducted 2 PM Thursday, April 9, 2026 in the Hodges Family Cemetery on English Road, Rocky Mount with Victor E.
