Karson Wayne Morrison
Karson Wayne Morrison, 84, of Appomattox, VA, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He shared 62 years of life and love with his wife, Linda Carol Lambkin.
Born in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada on February 13, 1942, he was the son of the late Sarah Hastings and John Thomas Morrison. Karson was a computer programmer with Bell System for many years and was a master woodworker. He was a member of the Mason/Dixon Woodworkers in Delaware and made wooden toys for Toys for Tots during Christmas time.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by six children, Karrie Fields, Martin Morrison and wife, Elizabeth, Rebecca Kramer and husband, Albert, Melissa Gill and husband, Kevin, Daniel Morrison, and David Morrison; eleven grandchildren, Stephanie Craven and husband, Kris, Sarrah Kramer and wife, Artemis, Savannah Gill, Sophie Morrison, Brenden Gill, Hannah Fields, Zachary Fields, and Elijah Kramer, Beatrice Kramer, and Brayden Morrison; two great-grandchildren, Karson Craven and Konner Craven; and two sisters, Ruth Clark and Nancy Affolter.
