Glenna Epperly Jarrell

Glenna Epperly Jarrell, 82, of Blacksburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, April 9, 2026. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ruth and Enever Epperly, and her sister and brother-in-law, Fred and Ruth Rice. Glenna is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Daphne Burton; her cherished grandchildren, Brooklyn Whitlock and Nichole David; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Peyton Howell and Nathan Vanzant. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald Epperly (Tammy) and Doug Epperly (Donna), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her deeply. A dedicated and hardworking woman, Glenna was a longtime employee of Moog, Inc. before her retirement. She will be remembered for her quiet strength, her devotion to family, and the kindness she shared with those around her. A graveside service will be held at Westview Cemetery on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. All who knew and loved Glenna are welcome to attend and celebrate her.
