Mary Margaret Seals Mann

October 4, 1965 - April 16, 2026

Mary Margaret Seals Mann, 60, of Appomattox, Virginia, formerly of Charlotte County, passed away peacefully with loved ones at her side on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, on October 4, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Fred Ray Seals and Hester Lee Filer Asman.
She was a devoted wife, mother, MawMaw, and friend. She was known for her strong work ethic and kind, caring heart. She dedicated over 21 years of service to Express Lane Convenience Stores, where she built lasting friendships and touched many lives.
She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory forward: her husband, Michael “Mike” Mann; her children, Adam Wilmouth (Lori), Bliss Gafford (Jeff), Stephen Williams (Carol), Jennifer Wilmouth and Joshua (Shelby); eleven grandchildren, Brianna, Josie, Sidney, Tyrell, Dante, Jaylah, Tammy, Justin, Christopher, Raelyn and Rhette; great grandchildren, Aretmis who she affectionately called, “that baby”, Yara and Mekhi; as well as her loyal, protective, and beloved Chihuahua, Sassy “Coco” Mann.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Amy Williamson; her granddaughter, Savannah Skelton; and her great-grandson, Cientriel Edwards.
In addition to her immediate family, she is survived by her brothers; John Howard Seals, George Ray Seals, and Steve “Stevie” Asman; and her in-laws, Nelson and Daye Mann.
Mary’s life was a true testament to love, resilience, and, most importantly, devotion to her family. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures; sleepovers with her grandchildren, listening to music, dancing, taking evening rides on the side-by-side to look at wildlife, sharing laughter, and spending cherished time with her family and friends. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed.
The family wishes to thank Mary’s granddaughter, Jaylah Gafford, caregiver Patricia Harden and Hospice of Virginia for their special care of Mary. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cassie Nash for her kindness, support, and friendship during this difficult time.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6pm, Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Robinson Funeral Home and other times at her home 2908 County Line Road, Appomattox, VA.
