Charles "Wesley" Duncan
Charles “Wesley” Duncan II, age 81, of 304 Bath Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died on Monday, May 4, 2026 at the Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation Center in Low Moor, Virginia.
Wesley was born on December 4, 1944 in Clifton Forge to the late Charles Wesley “Steve” Duncan I and Mary Lee Beckner Duncan. He was a graduate of Clifton Forge High School and a retired machinist for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad. He was a life member of the Clifton Forge Elks Lodge # 1065 B.P.O.E. as well as a member of the Clifton Forge Moose Lodge.
In addition to his parents, Wesley was preceded in death by a baby brother.
He is survived by his children, Yvonne Hall and Robert Duncan, a sister, Gail Wallace (Richard), and a brother, Richard Duncan, all of Clifton Forge; a half-brother, Sean McIntosh; two grandchildren, Ryan Hall (Lychelle) and Bailey Hall; three great grandchildren, Kaliyah, Raegan, and Taj; a number of nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Pastor Sean McIntosh officiating. The family will visit with friends on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service at Nicely Funeral Home.
