Rachel McBride Campbell of Salem passed away on May 4, 2026.
A native of Virginia she was the daughter of the late Bailey and Luddie McBride. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Preston; and four brothers, Willard McBride, Allen McBride, Herbert McBride, and David McBride.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, Thomas Campbell; and two sisters, Joyce Nichols and Bernice Blankenship.
A private service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park in Boones Mill, Virginia.
