Tonya Ann Keatts

With gratitude for a life well lived, we are saddened to announce the passing of Tonya Ann Keatts, at the age of 46, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Ms. Keatts was a resident of Dry Fork, VA and was born on June 25, 1979, to Floyd Ray Keatts and Bonnie Adkins Keatts.

Tonya loved the beach, boating, the water, art, and her dog, “Tru”. She worked at Aamco as the secretary. Her laughter and love of family will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Alexia Dezarea Hawker, Dalyla Wrae Hawker, and stepdaughter, Keyera Marie Hawker, as well as a brother Brandon Lee Keatts (Amanda). She was also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Ray Keatts, Jr. (Stacey Adams Keatts, survives), and grandparents, Erna Scearce Adkins, Mosby Green Adkins, Mary Lou Gill Keatts, and Fred Keatts, Sr.

A visitation of friends will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Norris Funeral Services, West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave., Danville from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 3:00 p.m., also at Norris West End Chapel. Interment will follow at the Keatts Family Cemetery, Axton, VA.

At all other times, the family will receive guests at 188 F.E. Keatts Lane, Axton, VA.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations be made to your local rescue squad.
