Billy Clarence Perkins

Billy Clarence Perkins Sr., 75, of Hardy, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. He was preceded in death by his sister, Millie Ayers; and his parents, Herman and Katherine Perkins.

Billy is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Craft Perkins; children, Billy Perkins Jr. (Courtney), Michelle Hurley (Steve), and Patricia Morris (Brian); stepchildren, Saprina Wright (Mark Pauley), Charles “Bucky” Harper (Christy), and Chenita Hatcher (Mark); many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brother, Robert Perkins (Brenda); sister, Debbie Peters (Ricky); brother-in-law, Michael Ayers; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a Visitation on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Rd. Roanoke, VA 24019. A Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 12:00pm also at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek), officiated by Darrell Fisher, and then processing to Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
