Barbara Holland Triplett

Barbara Holland Triplett, 74, of Axton, VA passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026. She was born to the late Stafford James Holland and Mauda Brown Holland. In addition to her parents Barbara was predeceased by her husband Edward “E.T.” Thomas Triplett, Jr.; and sister, Debbie Scott.

She will be remembered as a truly giving and selfless person whose greatest joy came from caring for others. Her loving heart, gentle kindness, and unwavering compassion touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She offered her time, support, and encouragement freely, always putting the needs of family and friends before her own. Barbara was a goodhearted woman who loved her family and the Lord.

Barbara is survived by her sister, Linda White; brother, Eddie Holland (Phyllis); brother-in-law, James Scott; sister-in-law, Susan Coleman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel. Burial will be private.
