Bonnie T Saunders Henderson

Bonnie was born on April 15, 1960, to Willie and Norma “Jean” Saunders and passed away on July 5, 2026.

Bonnie graduated from Staunton River High School in 1978. She later worked as a manager for multiple Wendy’s restaurants in Roanoke.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Kathy Saunders.

Surviving Bonnie are her loving husband, Frank Henderson; her daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany Casey (Sean); her two best friends, Teresa T. Andrews, for over 50 years, and Brenda F. Collie; her “Aunt Bonnie’s” buddy, Rowan; her beloved goddaughter, Sage; her sister, Edwina Saunders; and her brother, Todd Saunders.

To know Bonnie was to love her. She will be forever missed. Until we meet again.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Spirit of Unity Baptist Church, 193 Updike Lane, Roanoke. A funeral service officiated by the Reverend Sean Burch will immediately follow the visitation. A repast will be held afterward in the church fellowship hall.
