It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Walter Ray Moyer, who departed this life on July 8, 2026, at the tender age of 12. Born on March 7, 2014, in Roanoke, VA,In loving memory of Walter, the family will hold a visitation on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 2 p.m. at John M. Oakey & Son Chapel, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life.
