Cecil Allen Richardson, Jr. , age 48 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026. Born April 30, 1978 in Radford, Virginia, he was the son of Cecil Allen Richardson, Sr. and Shirley Ridpath of Pulaski.

He was loved by is family and was a loving Paw Paw. Allen loved to fish.

He is survived by his Children - Jordan Tabor, Robbie Quesenberry and Kelsie Hughes, Cecil D. Richardson, Charity A. Richardson, Sebastian Richardson, Karter Donithan Nine Grandchildren Mother – Shirley Ridpath - Pulaski Father – Cecil Allen Richardson - Pulaski Sister - Ann R. Vault (James) – Pulaski Memorial services will be held 5:00 PM - Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the Freedom Fellowship Church, Wilderness Road, Newbern with Pastor Jerry Collins officiating.
