Phillip Edward Stultz

Phillip Edward Stultz, 55, of Salem, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2026.

Born on March 18, 1971, in Bristol, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Paul Eugene Stultz and Phyllis Yeatts Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Stepfather, Archie Layne Collins.

Phillip is survived by his loving children, Kevin Matthew Stultz and Julyanna Renee Stultz; brother, Patrick Eugene Stultz; sister-in-law, Nancy Hahn Stultz; nephews, Andrew Patrick Stultz and Zachary Zane Stultz; niece, Sarah Elizabeth Stultz; and numerous cousins and friends.

Phillip enjoyed fishing, working on cars, gardening, camping, and spending time outdoors. Known for his kindness and sense of humor, Phillip never met a stranger and always had a story to share.

The family would like to extend a special thank you for the prayers you have provided during this critical time.

A memorial service will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at H.E.M.I. House (Church) of Hope, 1001 Stewart Ave SE, Roanoke, VA 24013.
