Bobby Webb Wright

Bobby Webb Wright, 50 of Rocky Mount, passed away Friday, August 28, 2026 at his residence. He was born April 24, 1976 in Ohio, a son of Rodney Wright and the late Charlotte Elaine Wright. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Buckley and a nephew, Matthew Wright.

He was employed as a Mechanic at Moneta Farm Service for many years. He enjoyed gardening, both vegetables and flowers and he collected, worked on and enjoyed using CB radios. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. But above all, his #1 hobby was his 5 year old daughter, Bree.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his significant other, Becky Martin; their daughter, Bree Wright; his children, Donnie Carter, Tyler Wright, Sierra Durst, Keanu Thompson; step-children, Haley Bowman, Keith Johnson; sister, Tracy Wright; step-mother, Andrea Wright; nephew, Michael Wright as well as multiple grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 4 until 7 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
