Linda Collins Williams

Mrs. Linda Collins Williams, age 76 of Stuart, Virginia, passed away peacefully at Lewis Gale Medical Center on Sunday, August 30, 2026. She was born in Patrick County on April 10, 1950, to the late Lee Collins and Katie Hooker Collins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Edward Williams; and a sister, Shirley Collins. Linda was a member of New Hope Community Church. She enjoyed traveling, especially traveling to Tennessee and to go see her family in Alabama. She loved babies, playing rook, Elvis, and Angels. She was a very loving Mom, adoring Nana, devoted wife, caring sister, aunt, and friend.

Left to cherish the memories of Linda are her son, Eddie Williams (Angela); one stepson, Duane Williams; one stepdaughter, Revonda Morse (Johnny); nine grandchildren, Isaac Williams, Isabella Williams, Ashleigh Williams, Jake Williams, Jill Williams, Brent Morse, Morgan Morse, Lexy Cummings, and Laurel Wagoner; one brother, Jerry Collins; two sisters, Sue Hanks and Ervie Stevens; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral for Mrs. Williams will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Community Church with Pastor Mark Collins officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 – 7:30 at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
