Lyndall Fisher Boitnott

Lyndall Fisher Boitnott, affectionately known as Lynn, passed away at her residence on September 22, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on June 16, 1952, Lynn will be remembered with deep love and gratitude by those whose lives were brightened by her presence. At the heart of Lynn’s life was her family. She leaves behind her daughter, Maria Weaver, and son-in-law, Chris Weaver, who carry forward her love and memory with pride. Lynn’s legacy continues through the generations of her family. She is lovingly remembered by her granddaughters, Kristen Weaver, Jennifer Arthur and her husband, Dakota Arthur, and Magen Weaver and Jacob Jackson. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Pamela Chance, Kinslee Chance, Bentley Arthur, Riley Arthur, and Jacklyn Anderson, each of whom stands as part of the enduring family circle she treasured. Lynn is also survived by her sister Kathy Mizak and Kimberlee F. Weeks (Barry)She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Boitnott and her parents Jimmie I. Fisher and Joanne H. Fisher as well as brother-in-law, Stephen V. Misak. Those who knew Lynn will remember her as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and family matriarch whose life was woven closely with the people she loved most. Lynn never met a stranger. She was the sweetest person to everyone she met even when dementia robbed her memory and she didn't know who anyone was. Her memory will remain a lasting blessing to her family, and she will be missed beyond measure. Special thanks to the Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley, Good Samaritan Hospice and her caregivers (sisters, daughter and grand-daughters). Due to these amazing people, Lynn was able to stay at home with her loved ones until the very end.
