Michelle Dawn Sellers

Michelle Dawn Sellers, 49, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. She was born on November 19, 1976, in Eden, North Carolina, to the late Frank Tuggle Myers and Barbara Ann Tuggle Myers.

In addition to her parents, Michelle was preceded in death by her brother, Lee Myers.

Michelle was a graduate of Magna Vista High School and continued her education at Patrick Henry Community College, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development. With a heart for children, she spent several years teaching at Tender Age Learning Center.

Michelle marched to the beat of her own drum. Leaving so much love wherever she went. She was selfless, free-spirited, and unapologetically herself. She had a personality that could fill a room and a heart that always made room for the people she loved. Above all else, she loved her family fiercely. She gave of herself without asking for anything in return, and her presence left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She may be gone, but the love, memories, and unforgettable spirit she gave us will stay with us forever.

She is survived by her daughters, Chelsea Sofy (Paywand) and Chasity Sellers; one granddaughter, Hanna Sofy; one sister, Joyce Wheeler; along with other relatives and friends.

Although services will be private, the family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and care shown during this time of grief.
