Edwin Chester Stone, Sr.

Edwin Chester Stone, of Radford, departed this life on October 11, 2026. He was born in Bassett, Virginia on February 28, 1939. He is survived by daughter, Meg Stone and her husband, Fred Kellerman; daughter, Lorri Stone and her husband, Stuart Allen; two grandsons, Rick Kellerman and Wil Kellerman; and one great grandchild. He was predeceased by his son, Eddie Stone.

Ed obtained his college degree from Bridgewater College and his law degree from the University of Virginia. In 1964, he moved to Radford and joined the law firm of Dalton & Turk. He practiced law in Radford and Christiansburg for 59 years until his retirement in 2023.

The family will hold a private burial service.
