Judith Ann Ray Kelley

Judith Ann Ray Kelley, 80, widow of Donald Wayne Kelley, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 24, 2026 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late William E. and Vernie Moore Ray. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, William Ray, Jr. and Daniel Ray.

Judith was a long-time member of Penn Forest Christian Church where she was active for many years.

She will be missed and remembered by her brother, Jeffrey Dean Ray; nephews, William “Eddy” Ray (Melanie), Jason Keith Ray (Nicole), Jeffrey Dean Ray, Jr., Jonathan Shane Ray; niece, Patricia Ann Ray; great-nephews, William Edward “Billy” Ray, IV, Christopher Allen Ray, Michael Ellet Ray; God-Children, Haden and Callie King; as well as numerous other loving friends and family.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road.
