Frank James Dunford

Frank James Dunford, 61, of Patrick Springs (formerly of Bassett), died Friday, March 5, 2021 at Heritage Hall in Rich Creek. He was born in Martinsville, Virginia on January 8, 1960 to Hazel Deal Gilley the late Hubert Dunford. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Mitchell Gilley, Lloyd Gilley and Jessie Dunford.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Alberta Blackburn (Roy Parks); four nieces and nephews, Josh Lester, Heather Bowers, Amber Adkins and Traven Gilley; four great nieces and nephews, Kaiden, Kaylee, Kendall and Kaleb.

Friends may stop by the funeral home Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM to view and sign the register book without the family present. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM in the Deal Family Cemetery with Bishop Dwayne Pruitt officiating.

Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
