Bayes Lewis “Bear” Bryant, Jr., 72, of Old Evergreen Road, died Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Born in Washington, D.C., on July 20, 1948, he was a son of the late Bayes Lewis Bryant, Sr. and Edith L. Felwell Bryant. He was a Sergeant in the US Army serving in Vietnam and for numerous years was employed by C. H. White.
He is survived by a son, Brandon Bryant of Fluvanna; a daughter, Alexa Hodges and husband, Brandon of Lynchburg; a stepson, Robert Keeler; and a friend, Patty H. Bryant.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Louise L. Crummell.
