Joyce Dillon Schmidt

Joyce Dillon Schmidt, age 65 of Glade Hill passed away at her home on Thursday, May 27, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on September 20, 1955 a daughter of the late Richard Ray and Beulah Robertson Dillon. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Justin Haley.
She is survived by her husband, Clinton Schmidt; sister, Barbara Moreland; brother, Glen Dillon; her children, Barbara Ann Bower, David Wright, Jessica Haley; adopted daughter, Colleen Shanley; stepchildren, Vanessa and Derrick Schmidt; her grandchildren, Toni Wright, Landon Brown, Christopher Wright, Erica Wright, Noah Lovejoy, Deeanna Berez and Joshua Taylor; great-grandchildren, Evianna, Willow, Ariana, Melena, Alex and Alanna. She is also survived by her life-long friends, Nancy Perry and Tammy Cundiff, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home. There will be a private service at a later date.
We will be following the mandates issued by our Governor for social distancing and face masks.
