Charles Lee Mitchem

Charles Lee Mitchem, 71 of Narrows, VA departed this life Friday, June 4, 2021 under the care of Carilion Giles Memorial Hospital.  Born January 19, 1950, he was a son of the late James and Sadie Stevers Mitchem.
Charles enjoyed his life of hunting and fishing.
He preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, James and David Mitchem.
Left to cherish his memory are his fiancée, Carol Sinsky of Narrows; a brother, Bobby Ray Mitchem; sisters, Betty Jean Ratcliffe of Christiansburg, and Shirley Mitchem Green of Pearisburg; a special daughter, Amanda Whitlow and fiancée, Todd Clark; and special grandchildren, Belle and Johnny Whitlow.
There will be a funeral service conducted, Monday, June 14, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Debbie Hutton officiating.  Family will receive friends at the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel, June 14, 2021 from 10:00 until 11:00 AM.  A guestbook is available by visiting, www.kendallfuneralhome.com.  The staff of Kendall Funeral Home are honored to be serving the Mitchem family.
